Unless otherwise noted, items ship in 7 – 10 business days.
Inclement weather conditions, limited product availability, extended holidays and/or heightened demand may at times impact this timeframe. Customers will be notified by email or phone if aforementioned circumstances will affect the general delivery schedule of their purchase.
Inconsistent shipping and billing addresses may also impact timeframe due to extended order verification process. Customers will be notified by email, text or telephone if authorization prior to shipment is necessary.
Please make sure to thoroughly review your order information and product selection entries before completing your order.
For your protection we do not make payment, address, style and/or size changes after an order has been placed.
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

Items must be in their original packaging, new condition with original packing slip and description reason for exchange.
